About the role

Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children with ASD. The role includes conducting FBAs, creating BIPs, and supervising BCBA-Candidates and Behavior Technicians in home and community settings. The candidate will implement evidence-based treatment plans, coordinate with educators, train parents, and ensure ethical ABA practice while maintaining excellent client care. Hybrid in-person work is possible.
