Sales Experience Customer Service AssociateWe are currently seeking high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individuals who are fitness minded and have a love for community, and our brand! We are a fast-growing Indoor Reformer Based Pilates Studio @ Club Pilates North Scottsdale and Club Pilates Norterra. We are looking for individuals who want to grow with us!Requirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredMust have genuine hospitality and passion for peopleGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, private training and retailAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skills and be able to type fastMust have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including early-morning, evening and weekend availabilityPhysical Requirements:Must be able and willing to assist with calling upon leads that come into the studioMust be willing to clean Reformers, Bathrooms, Lobby, and Private Training RoomMust be able to lift up to 20lbsResponsibilities:Provide top of the line service to all new and existing membersExecute sales and hospitality process of first time pilates experience, follow up on phone, and close the saleMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionWork collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s)Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsMaintain brand standards and initiativesBenefits:Great PayPilates for free at ANY time there is a reformer available before or after your shiftLeave the stuffy clothes behind, it's all leggings and shorts here!Work a non-traditional structured schedule!Let your voice be heard!
