Production Machine Operator

Job Duties: Setup and operate manufacturing equipment and process to produce in-spec product. Follow training and direction to ensure safe operations and productivity. Communicate and collaborate with other associates. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Ensure high quality products are produced consistently and efficiently. Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. Maintain a basic understanding of how the machine works. Monitor and/or operate multiple pieces of equipment within a production process. Perform standard quality control tasks. Report quality problems with materials, finished product, or equipment to supervisor, maintenance, or engineering. Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations. Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other needs as production schedules dictate. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Other related duties as assigned.
