About the role

Why Join Iviry? At Iviry, the Sales & Marketing Associate is more than an entry-level support role. You'll own real pipeline systems from day one, — outreach, CRM health, and conference follow-up — that directly affect Iviry's growth as a veteran-owned cybersecurity compliance company serving the Defense Industrial Base. You'll work closely with Iviry's Marketing & Customer Success Manager, build a track record you can point to, and grow into a bigger role in Iviry's conference and event strategy over time. If you want ownership, mentorship, and a mission worth showing up for, this role is built for you.
About the Opportunity: As Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll run Iviry's outreach pipeline in Hub Spot, own the CRM data-quality standard, and lead the post-conference follow-up process that turns event contacts into qualified meetings. You'll work directly with Iviry's Marketing & Customer Success Manager through weekly check-ins — hands-on coaching, not a hands-off assignment. You'll also represent Iviry in person at industry conferences and trade shows, working the booth and building relationships face to face. This is a real seat with real ownership from day one, with room to grow into a bigger role in Iviry's event and pipeline strategy.
Position Summary: The Sales & Marketing Associate owns Iviry's day-to-day pipeline execution: CRM outreach, data integrity, and conference follow-up. The role converts Iviry's existing Hub Spot contact base and conference investment into a consistent stream of qualified meetings. This is a full-time, remote position with regular conference and trade show travel, fully covered by Iviry.
Location: Remote; Limited travel may be required.
Salary: A salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Life and Disability Insurance
Primary Responsibilities: Own outreach to existing Hub Spot contacts through personalized emails and follow-up sequences. Track responses and convert warm leads into scheduled meetings. Maintain CRM data quality and establish data-hygiene standards. Own the post-event follow-up workflow: enter, tag, and enroll new contacts within 48 hours. Monitor sequence performance and report weekly on pipeline contribution. Research registered attendees before conferences to prioritize outreach. Represent Iviry at conferences and trade shows, working the booth alongside the Marketing & Customer Success Manager. Identify and recommend process or messaging improvements to strengthen outreach effectiveness.
What Success Looks Like: You independently run the outreach pipeline and consistently convert warm contacts into qualified meetings. Iviry's CRM data stays clean and reliable under your ownership. Every post-conference contact is entered, tagged, and enrolled within 48 hours, without exception. You've represented Iviry at a conference and matched the booth energy standard the team expects. You've identified at least one process improvement and helped put it into practice.
Required Qualifications: 1–2 years of professional experience, or a strong internship / customer-facing background. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
