Senior Director, BU Finance
Location: Morristown, NJ | Onsite ~4 days/week We are seeking a senior finance leader to own the financial performance of a large, global manufacturing business unit. This role will partner directly with the Business Unit GM and senior leadership team, with full responsibility for business performance from revenue through EBITDA, including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support.
Key Requirements: Deep experience within a large, global manufacturing organization Experience supporting a complex, multinational business unit or product portfolio Full P&L ownership from revenue through EBITDAStrong business partnership experience with senior operational leadership Broad cross-functional finance experience supporting: Commercial / Sales Manufacturing / OperationsR&D / Product Development Pricing and Margin Management Capital Allocation / Investment Decisions Supply Chain Experience leading annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structure, margins, and profitability Proven ability to lead and develop a global finance team Experience operating within a large, matrixed corporate environment Background 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Large-company manufacturing experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMBA preferred This is a senior business-facing finance leadership role. The strongest candidates will have operated as the primary finance partner to a GM or business unit president within a large, complex global manufacturing organization.
