About the role

3 Arts Entertainment seeks an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (including GAAP), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. This role will be integral to the daily management of the company's financial transactions, and will maintain a variety of detailed financial statements and reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining detailed journals and ensuring the accuracy of financial recordsAR/AP entries, 1099s, and expense reports
  • Preparing a variety of financial statements and reports, including monthly financials
  • Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Working closely with the Senior Staff Accountant and CFO to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience in accrual basis of accounting 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally in the entertainment industry
  • Experience with AgilLink a plus
  • Experience with payroll a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. In addition to compensation, 3 Arts offers a generous PTO policy and outstanding health insurance for employees and their dependents.
