Job Description:
- Some network engineering with mainly voice components
- They are a cisco shop on their network side so some configurations, troubleshooting, monitoring network
- Voice: They will sit on a team of 3 other engineers
- They use old PBX systems and looking to migrate in the cloud in the future
- They will be handling level 3 tier issues
- Handling some IVRs and Call flow components
