Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: San Diego, CA/Hybrid Pay Rate: $27.85 - $30/hr
Position Summary: 2-5 Years of Experience. Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required. Scheduling meetings and calendar management, expense reports, meeting note taking, event planning (e.g. all-hands, team building, etc.), ordering supplies, etc.
