Job TitleRating/Pricing LeadLocation - Plano, TXFTEJob DescriptionExperience Required - 5+ YearsMust Have Technical/Functional Skills • Design, develop, and implement P&C personal insurance pricing and rating capabilities • Work experience with Guidewire Policy Center Rating or Earnix is preferred. • Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Familiarity with pricing platforms, policy admin systems, and data/analytics ecosystems. • Experience in integration of rating engines with other systems, such as billing, claims, policy and workflow systems • Perform unit, integration and regression testing, document rating configurations, and maintain change history.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with any P&C personal insurance Rating/Pricing products such as Guidewire, Earnix.
- Experience with Rating Configuration, pricing models, rate tables, factors and premium calculations.
- Familiarity with integrations (SOAP/REST, messaging)
- Experience in working in Agile development environment
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Serve as the technical SME for the Rating and Pricing components
