About the role

WinnCompanies is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties within the Greater Boston Medford area. This role covers Medford, Burlington, Everett and Beverly, performing maintenance on rental units, common areas, offices and grounds, and leading junior technicians. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years’ experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between sites with occasional overnight stays.
