About the role
- Create, update, and manage daily/weekly production schedules
- Prioritize and allocate jobs based on deadlines, resources, and equipment availability
- Communicate clearly with team members about job status, changes, or issues
- Track progress of jobs to ensure on-time delivery
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and adjust proactively
- Order and manage inventory of all production supplies
- Schedule and coordinate installers for graphics/signage jobs
- Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries for completed jobs
- Assist in production where needed to meet timelines
- Maintain records and assist with workflow improvements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in printing, signage, or related production environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Comfortable with scheduling tools/software (we'll train you on our systems)
