Body Shop EstimatorLake Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Estimator for one of the largest vehicle repair facilities in the Milwaukee area! The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, has strong customer service skills, and previous estimating experience. This is a highly visible role that provides the right candidate with the ability to work with some of the top insurance companies in the United States. ABOUT OUR BODY SHOPS:Our Body Shops are Air ConditionedOur Body Techs have their own locker room, restroom and break roomWe have 7, brand new, above ground hoists...no more watching your body techs crawl around on a cement shop floorWe have 4 spray boothsWe have 4 straightening racksWe have the best lit body shop around, guaranteed...with brand new LED lightingWe have dedicated, climate controlled, indoor collision estimating areasRESPONSIBILITIES:Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers insurance agentsVerifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary partsStaying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims processMaintaining existing relationships with insurance agentsEstablishing relationships with new insurance companies and agentsQUALIFICATIONS:Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience (preferred) Detail oriented and career mindedStrong background in customer service and excellent organizational skillsAbility to read/interpret documents and procedures manualsMust have a valid Wisconsin Drivers License with a clean driving recordLake Automotive offers a generous benefits package including low-cost health insurance, 401k, PTO, and bonus opportunities!
