Carrier Account Manager Remote | Full-Time$45-55k base salary + commission 1–2 years of freight brokerage experience preferred, ideally in a carrier-facing role. Fello Logistics is a fast-growing, people-first freight brokerage specializing in open-deck, flatbed, heavy-haul, and other challenging freight. We’re looking for someone early in their brokerage career who enjoys working with carriers, solving problems, and keeping freight moving. We’re growing, but we’re still small enough for your ideas, contributions, and results to be noticed. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams, have direct access to leadership, and get the support to keep developing your skills. This is a carrier-focused role. You’ll source and book carriers, negotiate rates, manage shipments, and communicate with the team when plans change. We move quickly, take ownership of our work, and care about doing right by both our customers and carriers. Compensation
Base salary:
$45,000–$55,000, based on relevant freight brokerage experience and carrier management skills Commission: 3-6% of gross profit on loads you cover, in accordance with our commission plan Opportunity to grow your earnings as you develop your carrier relationships and take on more freight

What You’ll Do:
Source, vet, and book reliable carriers for customer shipments. Negotiate carrier rates while balancing service, capacity, and margins. Manage loads from pickup through delivery, including tracking and timely updates. Build relationships with carriers and develop a dependable network for the freight we move. Respond quickly when issues arise and work with the team to find solutions. Keep load details, carrier information, and communication accurate in our TMS.Partner with sales and operations to deliver the service we’ve promised our customers. Who Does Well Here You have 1–2 years of freight brokerage experience and want to keep growing in a carrier-focused role. You’re comfortable calling carriers, negotiating rates, and managing multiple priorities. You pay attention to the details and follow through on your commitments. You stay calm and resourceful when a load doesn’t go according to plan. You communicate clearly and keep the right people informed. You take ownership of your work, but you know the team wins together. You’re coachable and willing to learn from feedback.
