About the role
Event Banquet Manager Under the direction of the Business Manager, oversees the management and performance of event banquet staff. Responsibilities include delegating duties to staff, set-up and completion of event, assistance with proper scheduling, labor control, linen control, and payment postings. Responsible for the actions of the banquet staff and their performance on and off the event floor. Recommends improvements concerning procedures, services, products, and revenue enhancement. Event set-up and audio-visual technologies. Other duties as assigned.
