Compensation: $125, 000–$135, 000/year (subject to experience, licensure/certification, and location)

Practice Description: Deliver direct primary care and preventive services to children, adolescents, and adults Develop therapeutic care plans for prevention, management, and maintenance of good health Provide health education and counseling Manage acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other team members Provide prenatal/postnatal care for uncomplicated pregnancies, in conjunction with physician partners, as approved by clinical privileges Provide family planning counseling and services Consult with and refer to physician partners for more complex cases Maintain and update EHR documentation per required standards Attend trainings, weekly provider/team meetings, and quality improvement projects Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to NP, medical, and PA students May work a fluctuating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as approved
