Senior Account Executive Responsibilities: Manage the execution of medical education programs and deliverables on a daily basis. Coordinate project timelines, meetings, updates, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with scientific, creative, and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate work. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing responsive support.
Senior Account Executive Qualifications: 4-7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency setting.3-5+ years supporting Medical Communications or Medical Education programs. Proven experience working on healthcare or pharmaceutical HCP-facing initiatives. Excellent project management and client service skills. Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
