About the Role: Ready to take initiative, lead your own team and make an impact? Join Key Me Locksmiths as a Field Sales Manager (Automotive Keys). You'll operate your own mobile service van, build customer relationships, drive results, and represent a growing, innovative brand while cutting and programming automotive keys on the spot. We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds! We've seen success from people with experience in automotive, locksmithing, retail, sales, and other customer-facing or hands-on roles. What You'll Do: Operate and manage a fully equipped mobile service van. Travel to retail partner locations and engage with customers. Cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes. Deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems quickly. Manage inventory, sales, and customer support using company technology. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile workspace. Track performance and work toward daily goals. Represent Key Me as a dependable, skilled, customer-focused professional.
What We're Looking For: Experience cutting/programming automotive keys or familiarity with automotive or locksmith services. Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and POS systems. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Interested in developing leadership skills and taking ownership. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. Comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with customers. Available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Schedule and days off may vary based on business needs. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Able to travel to different worksites.
