Overview In this Principal Product Marketing role, you will own go-to-market strategy for mega accounting firms, shaping how Intuit Accountant Suite and Intuit Enterprise Suite are positioned for large multi-partner organizations. You’ll operate as a senior IC, leading strategic alignment across IAS and client products, and using AI to accelerate competitive insights and account-level segmentation. You’ll craft accountant-facing messaging for senior offices and drive cross-functional execution toward shared revenue goals. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive compensation packagecash bonusequity rewardsbenefits (as per plans) Responsibilities Own the full PMM strategy package for mega firms: ICP, segmentation, market landscape, positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework for channel teams Create enterprise-grade accountant-facing positioning and messaging for IAS and Enterprise Suite within complex multi-entity firms Coordinate a single, integrated GTM strategy across IAS and client products for the same mega firm accounts Drive firm advocacy at executive leadership level to influence adoption across engagements Ground strategy in account-level win/loss data, Managing Partner/National Office buyer research, and enterprise competitive intelligence Own a performance measurement plan linking metrics to segment outcomes Operate as a senior contributor, providing strategic direction and hands-on execution Build and communicate insights from cross-functional collaboration and executive storytelling Key requirements 12+ years in product marketing, with enterprise B2B or B2B SaaS experienceBA/BS or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus Experience with named-account or account-based marketing motions Full-stack PMM capability: translate market, product, and customer insight into positioning and GTMProven ability to use AI to enhance marketing output in enterprise contexts Excellent storytelling and executive communication for alignment of senior leaders Data-driven decision making with ownership of measurable business outcomes Strong cross-functional influence without direct authority, comfortable with ambiguity Familiarity with accounting or tax software, ERP/financial platforms, or multi-partner professional services firms Strong comfort with senior stakeholder relationships (Managing Partner/National Office)Ability to operate effectively as a senior IC without formal reports Experience in enterprise-grade market positioning and multi-stakeholder environmentsexecutive storytellingcross-functional influenceambition with adaptabilityAI-enabled marketingenterprise B2B Saa Saccount-based marketing (ABM)
