About the role

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Field Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to develop, implement, and manage our Safety Program across facilities and operations. You will partner with Loss Prevention and HR to minimize risk, lead safety training, and ensure regulatory compliance, including CARF accreditation readiness. This role requires hands-on field work and the ability to travel to multiple sites.
