About the role
- Manage the high-volume switchboard and direct calls to appropriate employees and departments.
- Meet and greet visitors, seat them in reception, and notify appropriate personnel of the visitor's arrival.
- Greet everyone who enters or passes through the reception area.
- Provide answers and guidance to all guests and employees as needed.
- Open and close the office on a daily basis, including lights, security, and doors.
- Receive deliveries and packages as needed when mail services are not available.
- Provide backup support to Boardroom meetings, as needed.
- Maintain visitor logs for the office and validate parking vouchers, as needed.
- Receive facility requests via email and coordinate with the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Corporate Receptionist:2 years of Receptionist or related experience in a corporate environment.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Corporate Receptionist:
- Prior experience with executive administrative support, including calendar and expense management.
