We are looking for a Commercial Plumber Technician to join our growing team. If you have a sharp diagnostic mind, professional B2B communication skills, and take pride in keeping local businesses running smoothly, we want to hear from you! What You’ll DoTroubleshooting Heavy-Duty Systems: Working on high-volume water heaters, commercial boilers, booster pumps, grease traps, and complex multi-story DWV systems. Reading Blueprints & Schematics: Interpreting complex architectural and mechanical drawings to plan layouts and execute large-scale repairs. Using Advanced Equipment: Operating heavy-duty hydro-jetters, industrial camera inspection systems, and specialized tools. Client & Facility Management: Presenting clear, professional options, code-compliance updates, and repair solutions directly to facility managers and general contractors.
What We Are Looking For: (Job Requirements)
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated commercial plumbing, industrial construction, or commercial maintenance experience. Licensing & Certifications: State/Journeyman Commercial Plumbing License is a major plus; Backflow Assembly Tester/Repairer Certificationis strongly preferred. Technical Know-How: Demonstrated expertise in reading commercial blueprints and handling complex piping networks. Professional Demeanor: Strong, business-to-business (B2B) communication skills when dealing with corporate clients, tenants, and property managers. Physical & Field Readiness: Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs., work in mechanical rooms, multi-story risers, or industrial roofs, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Credentials: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Schedule & Working Conditions
Standard Hours: Average 40 hours per week (standard commercial shifts, with early starts, late calls, or weekends as scheduled).Overtime & On-Call:
  • Overtime as required, including an on-call rotation for commercial emergencies overnights/weekends.

  • Commercial mechanical rooms, industrial roofs, multi-story risers, and tight utility chases using heavy-duty tools and materials.
