About the role

Project Manager - $175k - $200k – Manhattan (Office by Grand Central Station) Working on mostly MTA projects with civil scope, we'd love to talk to PM's and even APMS ready for a chance to run their own projects who want to work with a focus on steel and concrete. This will be your project with your own team reporting into you. You will be the names PM and it's your job - You will have an exec above you for support and guidance. Any additional hours you work will get comped extra. You’ll get a vehicle allowance, bonus, gas & tolls covered, your cell phone will be covered and an additional commuter's allowance. So you might feel a lot of things but under paid isn’t one of them! This GC has a rep for not losing people, and simply it's because they know that pay, opportunity and work fulfillment take priority. Work hard for them, they; work hard for you. Not for the faint hearted. It goes without saying but you MUST have worked for a GC and built MTA work to be considered. Apply if you want more

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
