As a Production Laborer, you'll be an important part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.
What You'll Do:
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for: Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to color logos and accurately cutting sections of cardboard using metal dies. Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Supporting the team to optimize workflow and maintain safety and quality standards. Learning new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow within the company.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing or production experience. Basic math skills for measurements and to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely. A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
