Customer Solutions is a fun, dynamic and team oriented environment. In training, you will learn about GuideStone's different products and services and will be well equipped to perform the various job functions within your position. GuideStone offers a hybrid work environment.What you will do:Provide superior customer service to GuideStone membersEducate members on plan features and articulate retirement, tax and legal issuesExplain Mutual Fund Investment vehicles and portfolio optionsPromote GuideStone products through cross-sellingOpportunities include the ability to:Take on Special Projects including mentor new employeesDevelop into a promotional career pathObtain the FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensesAcquire the CRPC designationWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience learning outcomesExcellent customer service, verbal communication skills and attention to detailStrong analytical skills and good decision-making ability in order to evaluate situations and react appropriatelyEffective problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changeKnowledge of retirement plans and investments preferredPositive and optimistic attitude
