About the role

STS Technical Services in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer (Hand Tools) to lead mid- and high-complexity hand tool development projects. You will drive design, analysis, testing and mentoring across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering (or Engineering Mechanics) with 5+ years of design experience and strong CAD/FEA skills, plus knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
