Effective communication skills, with the ability to manage issues to resolution or proper escalation. Proficiency with support tools such as Google Sheets, Communicator, Agent Desktop, and Seller Hub preferred. Reliable transportation to and from the work location in Runnemede, New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate full competence in core buy/sell/billing workflows with minimal escalation support. Independently resolve routine to moderately complex customer issues while escalating complex concerns as needed. Assist customers with questions regarding account access, site navigation, listing completion, checkout, payments, billing, and seller growth. Take full ownership of assigned customer issues, managing them from initiation through final resolution. Provide guidance to newer team members once proficient in the role. Assist with operational needs during high-activity periods, such as auction closes and special events.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
