We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, safety, and service excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and maintain a variety of instrumentation and control systems to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair issues with instrumentation equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Fabricate and assemble instrument components as necessary, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any malfunctions or abnormalities in systems. Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure seamless operation and integration of instruments. Employ precision measuring instruments to guarantee accurate readings and optimal system performance. Execute preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life and functionality of instruments. Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, adjustments, and performance issues for future reference.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is highly regarded. At least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. Proficient in using precision measuring tools and instruments. Extensive knowledge of distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and familiarity with CNC machines. Experience with specific instrumentation brands such as Endress & Hauser, Rosemount, Vega, CMC, Fisher, and Allen Bradley. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying instrument drawings. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quick and effective resolutions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving precise results. Prior experience as an industrial electrician is advantageous but not essential.
