About the role

Pepsi Co is seeking a full-time merchandiser to service Brainerd-area retailers. You will stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and build in-store displays for Pepsi Co brands like Pepsi, Gatorade and Aquafina. You will travel between stores, maintain backrooms, and collaborate with store teams daily. Expect early start times (5 AM), a fast-paced environment, and on‑the‑job training. This role includes potential holiday work and the physical duties of lifting cases up to 45 pounds
