Operations Manager Dallas, Texas – Flexible working About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence for our technology partner business. You'll manage financial approvals, sales operations, outreach, back‐office administration, and client engagement while leading a distributed team.Key ResponsibilitiesApprove expenses and monitor budgets. Oversee CRM (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline reporting. Manage onboarding for clients and contractors. Lead U.S. and offshore team members.
