Inspire Brands seeks an experienced Senior Counsel, Executive Compensation and Benefits to lead the legal oversight of executive and broad-based compensation programs. This role partners with Legal, Finance, HR, and the Board to ensure competitive, compliant practices in a high-growth environment. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive compensation/benefits with strong governance and regulatory knowledge, and prior work with public-company standards is a plus.
