About the role
Scale Computing seeks a Director of Security and Compliance to own the company's security program end to end from Austin, TX. You will define objectives for the Compliance and Security Operations function and oversee risk, audits, and certifications (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001) across Scale and its managed‐services customers. You will lead policy, incident response, vendor risk, and AI governance, partnering with Legal and the executive team to ensure timely decisions and measurable security
