About the role
XPO is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, and KPI insights for leadership. You will own monthly/quarterly forecasts, build financial models, and ensure data integrity across reporting tools.
Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in FP&A with a strong foundation in accounting/finance, and possess the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations for senior leaders.
