About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support paid social initiatives for a manufacturing organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings hands-on experience managing digital advertising across social platforms and using performance data to improve campaign results. The role focuses on building, launching, and refining paid social efforts while helping identify audience opportunities and channel strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities: Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, or similar channels, with a strong emphasis on ad execution. Build, launch, and adjust social advertisements to improve reach, engagement, and overall campaign performance. Develop target audience segments and refine audience strategies based on campaign goals and performance insights. Monitor campaign metrics regularly and evaluate which creative, targeting, and placements are delivering the strongest results. Optimize active campaigns through budget adjustments, audience updates, and ad-level performance improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid social activity with broader social media strategy and business objectives. Support the planning and execution of social media initiatives across key channels while maintaining a performance-driven approach.
