About the role
Fanatics Collect seeks a Quality Lead to oversee on-floor quality control for collectibles production. You will manage quality associates, enforce standards, and drive improvements to ensure only cards meeting specs are released.
You will coordinate non-conformities with operations, support CAPA activities, and help develop quality systems and training initiatives to sustain a robust QA program.
