About the role
This administrative role will encompass basic Office Administrator responsibilities with their work environment located in at the Consilium front desk area. Required working knowledge with the facilitation of a corporate phone system software platform and medium to high level call volume, specifically: Avaya ACO, RSI, Call Analytics, PBX, VOIP Phone Systems or comparable system. The receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, determining their purpose, and directing them to the right location, in addition to answering phones, screening, and transferring calls to staff as appropriate. The successful candidate is reliable, responsible, and dependable and ensures tasks are completed by following company processes.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm and welcoming front lobby to both our outside guests/visitors and Consilium team members Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments Use computers and computer systems (software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant resources Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Maintain appearance of conference rooms and breakroom Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment and reorder as needed Assist with special projects Other functions as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a front desk administrative position Familiarity with the facilitation of a corporate phone system software platform and medium to high level call volume, specifically: Avaya ACO, RSI, Call Analytics, PBX, VOIP Phone Systems or comparable system. Solid skill level in MS Office Suite - specifically Outlook calendar scheduling, Word and Excel Capability to offer a warm and welcoming presence to both outside guests and Consilium team members Strong organizational skills Excellent references This is a non-management position This is a full time position
