Job Title Mediation Secretary – National Mediation Council
Job Description:
Under the authority of the bureau chief and their deputies, the "mediation – secretary of the national mediation council" editor participates in the animation and coordination of the amicable policy, particularly mediation, as well as the animation of various topics of the bureau, according to legislative priorities and current events, in liaison with other editors. Specifically, they are responsible for: Following up on texts related to mediators and lists of mediators registered with the courts of appeal and assisting in the creation of digital tools for the instruction of mediator applications and the establishment of lists of mediators registered with the courts of appeal; Collecting and exploiting activity data and statistics, in liaison with the SSER; Writing various documents (syntheses, notes, letters, minutes, communication materials, good practice sheets) in relation to their fields of intervention, participation in meetings (interministerial and interdepartmental in particular) and preparation of events of the bureau (notably the day of regrouping of magistrate coordinators of the amicable in the courts of appeal); Welcoming foreign delegations and participating in events, international workshops on mediation, particularly those initiated by the CEPEJ, in liaison with foreign authorities of member countries or third countries. They also perform the functions of secretary of the National Mediation Council (CNM) and are the preferred contact of the president of this body. They are responsible for following up on texts related to the CNM, coordinating CNM topics, drafting and revising documents. They will also participate in interministerial, interdepartmental meetings and with institutional partners of the Ministry of Justice in matters within their portfolio. The editor is expected to participate in all activities of the bureau according to legislative priorities and current events. Profile Sought Previous professional experiences desired.
