Leasing Agent — Sky Three (New Lease-Up) Sky Three is South Brooklyn's newest luxury rental development: 499 residences at 532 Neptune Avenue in West Brighton, with over 100,000 sq ft of resort-style amenities including pickleball courts, an outdoor pool, sauna rooms and a fitness club. We're hiring a Leasing Agent to join our on-site team. Working alongside our Leasing Team, you'll help schedule /conduct tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process during the early lease-up phase.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to rental inquiries in our CRM to qualify and answer prospective renters
  • Schedule and conduct on-site and virtual tours
  • Assist applicants through the leasing process from first contact to lease signing
  • Maintain organized, accurate records in our CRMSupport on-site marketing events, open houses, and outreach efforts
  • Coordinate with property management to ensure smooth move-ins
  • Qualifications0–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Tech-forward and organized; CRM experience preferred
  • Familiarity with South Brooklyn neighborhoods is a plusNY Real Estate License preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work weekends (Sunday only, office closed Saturday)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 Monthly KPI and leasing bonus Health insurance and paid time off
