About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Land Development to join a growing team in the Denver market. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong civil engineering and land development background who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships, and mentoring project teams.
What you’ll be doing: • Lead land development projects from initial planning and design through permitting and construction• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall delivery• Oversee civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, roadway and site infrastructure• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams• Review plans, technical reports, calculations, and construction documents• Navigate local entitlement, permitting, and agency approval processes• Develop and maintain strong client relationships• Support business development and help identify new project opportunities• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and project staff• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline• Approximately 8+ years of civil engineering / land development experience• Proven experience managing land development projects and project teams• Strong knowledge of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design• Experience working with municipalities and reviewing agencies in Colorado is highly desirable• Proficiency with Civil 3D / AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills• Colorado PE license preferred Why consider the opportunity?
