Role Description:
The Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA, responsible for keeping office operations organized, efficient, and customer-focused. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the dispatch of plumbing technicians. The role involves managing paperwork and digital records, processing invoices, organizing work orders, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Office Coordinator will collaborate closely with management and field staff to ensure accurate information flow, timely follow-up with customers, and smooth execution of daily schedules. This position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and office software.

Additional beneficial qualifications include previous experience in a service-based or trade business office, strong organizational and time-management abilities, reliability in attendance and punctuality, and a high school diploma or equivalent; some postsecondary education or relevant certifications are a plus.
