About the role
Lead production incident resolution and root cause analysis while developing, maintaining, and optimizing Java microservices and REST APIs. Improve application performance, stability, scalability, and reliability; collaborate across technical and business teams; and support critical applications through a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements:
Requires 10+ years of Java software engineering experience and 7+ years each in backend development, microservices, and Java API development, along with strong Spring Boot and REST API expertise. Candidates must be W2, local to Orlando, available onsite four days per week, and have excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
