We're seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team. This is more than a traditional advisory role. You'll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships. Responsibilities: Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clientsDeliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client serviceRepresent the firm's values, growth strategy, and team-based client modelParticipate in strategic growth planningWork toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisorSeries 7 and 66 licenses required$250K+ in trailing 12-month revenueMinimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships)10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months$25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM)Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing modelClear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management Compensation & Growth Path: Competitive base salary + performance incentivesEquity ownership opportunity after 6-12 monthsFull administrative and operational support; no need to manage the book aloneTransition to a production-based model after years 1-2Transparent 3-5 year growth trajectory with 15-25% annual targetsAdditional incentives for launching a branch office tied to revenue milestones Why Join Our Client: Team-based culture with shared success and deep resources Clear and attainable path to equity and firm ownership Innovative, advisor-first environment where your impact is recognized Operational freedom so you can focus on growth and strategy
