About the role

Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Construction Help build the places where people work, learn, and receive care—and grow into the project leader who brings them to life. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who wants meaningful involvement in commercial construction projects and a chance to keep building their career. You'll work alongside project managers and field leaders, help solve real project challenges, and see your work move from planning to the finished space. Projects may include commercial interiors, healthcare, multifamily, and other complex environments. If you're energized by a fast-moving team, enjoy keeping details on track, and want to take on more responsibility, this could be a great next step.
In this role, you'll:
  • Help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff
  • Keep schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders moving
  • Join project meetings and help turn decisions into clear next steps
  • Visit jobsites, follow progress, and work with the team to resolve issues
  • Build the skills and experience to take on increasing project responsibility
  • You'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Familiarity with construction documents, project schedules, and project management software
  • A collaborative mindset and the initiative to take ownership

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
