MUST HAVE:
Requirements of the role: Christian faith based organization experience or seeking to join that type of org. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent. Experience using Machine Learning (ML) platforms (ex. Co-pilot, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic)2+ years experience as a BA (Business Analyst)Experience working with SQL and both analyzing and reporting on the findings. SQL AND Python are required The company is based in Ohio and the selected candidate must already live here. I will not consider people that do not. This preference is so that we can occasionally meet in person to create a stronger bond with the team. I will be only screening Ohio candidates. Must be a current practicing Christian and comfortable working in Christian Faith environment is required! You must provide a testimonial reference from your current Church during the hiring process to be considered. Being of the Christian Faith and sharing those values are part of who we are. I am looking to speak with devout Christian faith based (or folks relocating here on their own) Business Analysts with experience with data experience in a SQL Server PowerBI environment. You will be working within a growing team and learning from the AI and Data Architect directly. This role is an individual-contributor role responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering practical AI-enabled solutions that solve real business problems across different areas of the organization. This role owns and prioritizes the backlog of current and future AI/AI Solutions projects, partners closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams toturn needs into working solutions, and serves as a warm, approachable, customer-facing resource for departments exploring how AI can improve their work.
