Your security is of paramount importance to us at Loloi, and we are committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy hiring experience for all candidates. *This is an onsite, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) role in Dallas, TX.*We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team for both Loloi Rugs & Joon Loloi. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes are top priorities. This role requires someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, proactive in sourcing both active and passive candidates, and committed to representing our employer brand with professionalism and integrity throughout the recruiting process. This role will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition for Loloi Rugs & Joon Loloi.Responsibilities:Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle and own your respective duties and responsibilitiesEstablish and maintain communication and rapport with Hiring Managers to encourage a long-term working relationshipCreate, edit, and publish job postingsIdentify suitable candidates through a variety of sourcing techniquesReview incoming applicants and resumes from different sourcesConduct phone/virtual screens with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements and company fit/addProvide interview notes and feedbackOrganize interview process for candidates and open positions across departments, schedule meetings, interviews, etc.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingUpdate and maintain internal systemsBuild the company's professional network through relationships with colleges, job fairs, and other partnersResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, building a network of passive qualified candidatesQualifications:3-5+ years of recruiting experience is required, in-house preferredExceptional organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing complex interview schedules across multiple departments, including both virtual and onsite interviewsConfident in negotiating compensation packages and guiding candidates through the offer process.
