About the role
- Install, inspect, modify, remove, and service Direct Load Control devices
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and equipment-related issues
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of residential air conditioning systems
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow safety procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while working in residential settings
- Complete required documentation, data entry, inventory counts, and service reports
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and help maintain assigned fleet vehicles
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and equipment storage
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Travel to job sites, including occasional weekend travel, based on customer and project needs
- Work independently while also collaborating with a field team
