About the role

Quantum Scape Battery, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and immigration/mobility. You will manage base pay structures, equity programs, job architecture, and market pricing, while guiding annual merit cycles, and vendor relationships in a multi-state environment. The role reports to the Director, People & Culture and requires hands-on Success Factors experience, strong analytics, and independent judgment to drive pay equity and program
