About the role
Building strong relationships with franchise partners, the full-time Franchise Account Manager (Specialist) will manage client onboarding, drive growth through digital marketing platforms, and proactively identify expansion opportunities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise operators, ensuring effective communication and high client satisfaction
Manage the onboarding process for new franchise locations and oversee operations across digital management tools
Identify growth signals and monitor portfolio health to proactively retain accounts and manage billing updates
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing client services, B2B account management, or a marketing degree with relevant internship experience
Demonstrated understanding of revenue and retention in relation to digital marketing outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Comfort interpreting performance metrics and campaign data during client interactions
Must be a legal resident residing in one of the 50 United States
