About the role
Providing legal advisory services for the transition of Relief International Philippines' legal registration, the part-time Legal Consultant for Transition will conduct legal research, assess current SEC registration, and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations, working remotely over a 10-day period.
Key responsibilities
Conduct a preliminary assessment of RI Philippines' current SEC registration and corporate structure
Prepare a comprehensive legal research and advisory report detailing viable legal options and implications for the transition
Present findings and recommendations to RI management, addressing any clarification questions regarding the report
Required qualifications
Legal expertise in Philippine corporate law and SEC registration
Experience in legal research and analysis related to organizational transitions
Strong understanding of governance and regulatory compliance requirements
Ability to prepare detailed legal documentation and reports
Proven track record of presenting complex legal information to management
