We're assembling the founding leadership team for an ambitious new entertainment and large-scale live experience launching in 2027 and are seeking a Founding Head of Marketing & Audience Growth. This person will build and lead the marketing, audience development, and community-growth strategy from the ground up—helping turn an emerging entertainment brand into a highly engaged community and, ultimately, a must-attend cultural experience. We're looking for someone who understands that the strongest entertainment brands today aren't built through traditional marketing alone. They grow through community, creators, culture, conversation, partnerships, content, and experiences people want to share. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're particularly interested in candidates from entertainment, media, creator platforms, consumer experiences, festivals, conventions, experiential brands, or culturally relevant consumer companies who have helped build audiences and communities at meaningful scale. Ideal candidates bring: Experience developing integrated marketing and audience-growth strategies across digital, social, content, community, partnerships, earned media, and paid channelsA track record of growing engaged audiences—not simply generating impressions Strong understanding of entertainment, pop culture, fandom, creators, and the evolving media landscape Experience translating brand awareness and cultural relevance into measurable audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion Fluency in creator- and influencer-led growth strategies and community-building Experience marketing live events, entertainment properties, festivals, conventions, membership communities, or other consumer experiences Strong instincts around brand positioning, storytelling, launch strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle engagement Comfort using audience insights, data, experimentation, and performance metrics to inform strategy and investment The ability to build the marketing function, team, agency ecosystem, systems, and operating roadmap from an early stage This could be a compelling next step for an accomplished Director, VP, Head of Growth, Head of Audience Development, or senior marketing leader ready for broader ownership and the opportunity to build a function—and an audience—from the beginning. HOW YOU WORK MATTERSWe're building a culture that is ambitious without being ego-driven—collaborative, curious, enthusiastic, accountable, and grounded. You're both a brand builder and a growth thinker. You understand culture, but you also care about conversion. You're comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and execution, know how to turn audiences into communities and communities into advocates, and believe the best marketing creates genuine connection rather than simply capturing attention. You're energized by a blank canvas and excited by the opportunity to help shape not only how something is marketed, but what it means to the people who become part of it. TIMINGWe're beginning the search now, with substantive development expected to begin in early winter. The venture is currently in its pre-financing stage, and this search is part of assembling the founding leadership team in advance of capitalization. xevrcyc Formal appointment, compensation, and commencement of the operating role will be contingent upon financing and discussed directly with final candidates. If you have the experience, imagination, strategic discipline, and growth mindset to help build an audience—and a cultural brand—from the beginning, we'd love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
