Location: Moore, OK Pay: $17.00/Hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: A local towing company in Moore is seeking a highly organized and dependable CSR/Dispatcher to join their team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating towing requests, maintaining accurate information, and dispatching calls to drivers.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Gather and accurately enter customer and vehicle information
  • Track customer requests and towing assignments
  • Assign calls and towing requests to appropriate drivers
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Work within multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously
  • Update and maintain customer and vehicle information
  • Retain and recall important information to assist customers and drivers
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the dispatch process
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems at once
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain information
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
